We are powerful creators. Our words hold so much power. We can do all the rituals, meditations, workshops….but still find ourselves in old patterns. We MUST shift our language from the ground up.
It is the foundation of everything. Our inner & external words are vibrating at that frequency. Informing our cells, our tissues, the waters of our bodies. Ingraining pathways in our neural networks and behaviors.
Our subconscious is 95% of where we operate from. These subconscious waters are what we will be observing, illuminating, and actively changing.
Language Alchemy and the supportive practices I have refined over the years has changed my LIFE. Helped me leave behind beliefs and self perceptions I longed to be free of. It is something I still work with today since I am a beautiful work in progress.
It has helped me align my energy to attract my dream partner, now husband. To be surrounded by magical, kind people. To heal things in my body I was told was impossible.

A one-month group container
We will move through one stage of alchemizing our language each
week:
When this container first nudged at me, it was born of a passion for playing with words, a love affair that has lasted my whole life. From the time I could write, I was hooked on creating worlds with poetry and storytelling. I knew the power of words and how you could elicit emotions with the right composition. I could create a mini world with the language, cadence, and delivery.
I will never forget when I first consciously realized I was using words against myself. I had been through a number of traumas and shocks to the system that made me numb in my body, and in a way to life. I became unconscious of the words I used to talk about myself, my life, and the world. After doing some healing work, I started the journey of occupying my body and life more. Instead of just going through the motions.
As I became more aware, I was shocked. The more I paid attention the more I saw how I was reinforcing a frequency over my body and life that was so negative. I recognized the words that were limiting my potential and in a way keeping out the things and experiences I actually wanted in my life. By seemingly subtle shifts, I could feel the energy opening up. It started inside of me. I was less tense. Real magic unfolded as I started to see it reflected in the world outside of me.
I have been tending to this skill set over the last 15 years. Experimenting with supportive tools. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), meditation, affirmations, mirror work, somatic movement, ritual, etc. all served my process and helped to anchor in the shifts I was wanting to make permanent features in my life.
I have been integrating these findings into my containers with my 1:1 clients over the years. Utilizing what fit where, adding in what I found really worked for me. While it has enriched their lives and my offerings, I was feeling a deep calling to go ALL IN. I wanted to create a container where we solely focus on language alchemy, and move through the rewiring process together. This topic has such depth and nuance. So, I wanted to create something that could honor that while giving the full download of all the gold I have gathered. Thus, Language Alchemy was born.
On day four of soaking in hot springs in California, my mind had
been completely emptied. From the silence, a clear message bubbled
to the surface. Gather women at bodies of water. Call it ‘Womb Water
Council’. Details followed, complete and specific.
The waters told me to create an online monthly gathering first. A
place for women to circle up to receive and share water codes. To
pull from the wisdom of their inner wells. I was to share what I
learned from the water over the years, and from the path I have been
walking as a water ceremony carrier. To build community around the
knowledge about both our inner and the outer waters.
This goes deep. There is so much to share. As well as the guest
speakers that will join us at times to share their facets of water
wisdom. A place to drop into our emotional waters and release,
connect, and learn from each other. A space to belong. A cyclical
place of ceremony. Which is the rhythm of the womb keepers, we move
in circles and cycles.
Eventually, the water showed me how I will branch out from this
online space to hold in person Womb Water Councils at different
water bodies. The women who join the free monthly online space will
have first access to these in person gatherings. You do not have to
make every single monthly online gathering, but it is encouraged.
